It’s already that time of the year, the countdown to Christmas is fast approaching us and we will soon be heading into a new year. We would like to take this opportunity to wish all our wonderful patients a very Merry Christmas and joyful festive period. As we reflect over the past year, we could not be happier be your oral health providers and look forward to an incredibly happy and healthy 2024 to you all.
Having Christmas and then all the new year resolutions we all too often make big changes to our health and living. However, just changing the way we clean our teeth can make an important difference as oral health also affects your general health. Bearing this in mind, Christmas is around the corner, and you run out of GIFT IDEAS here are a few. The new iO Oral B toothbrush makes a big difference. These are available from the Oral B or Amazon website, alternative Boots.
We have now started with the GBT – Guided Biofilm Treatment. So far, we have received incredibly positive feedback as we use warm water and air polish. It is great for patients around their implants and for orthodontic patients. Also, many patients who suffer with sensitive gums or just want a more gentle approach. These are on an introductory offer at £190 for a 50 minute appointment (we allocate an hour).
Other gift ideas may be to get a gift voucher that can be used against private treatment such as teeth whitening, Invisalign and hygienist appointments for Christmas, birthdays or special occasions.

We also want to say a massive Thank You to everyone that supported us in our Charity event this year, in The Dragon Boat Race, as the Tooth Fairies, in aid of ACT. We managed to raise £512.00 and even though we did not win, it was a fantastic day on the banks of the River Cam.
As we will celebrate our 25 years of the Gables in 2024, we will be looking at various events to raise money for charity. If you have any ideas, please let one of Team members know.
