Dr Leena Shafik MChD BChD
I am the current foundation dentist at the Gables Dental Practice. I have recently qualified from the University of Leeds after gaining my Bachelor and Master’s degree in dental surgery. My extended research paper centred around developing a more equitable dental sector, I hope to expand on this topic in the future. During my time studying I was also provided with the opportunity to work on developing Covid research and work closely with many dental companies as the year representative.
Aside from research, I am very keen to pursue a career in Aesthetic Dentistry. In my spare time I enjoy reading, travelling, and eating good food. I am excited to see where the year takes me and to meet all the lovely patients that enter the practice.
